Managed and supervised contractors to comply with Historical Design review guidelines to pass all inspections for dilapidated 100-year-old 3,676.56 sq. ft. fourplex in the Tobin Hill Historic District, near The Pearl Brewery. Redesigned new layout based salvageable portions of building. Renovated façade with historically accurate wood siding, salvaged windows. Replaced roof and rotted wood framing, added HVAC to structure, as well as code compliant electrical, plumbing systems. Oversaw build of kitchens and bathrooms and installation of all finishes (sheetrock, flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops, tile, doors and general millwork).

Project resulted in five apartments, close to restaurants and entertainment that were quickly occupied.
